Basically- I started doing Yoga for my body. I could feel muscles getting tight and overworked from the gym and running- I thought Yoga would be the solution...and really, who didn't want arms like Madonna?
But over time, Yoga became much more than just a way to stretch.
It became what I needed to manage stress and to stay grounded.
Life is hectic and full of expectations.
Stepping onto a Yoga mat is like pushing the pause button on life. It’s about creating space to breath and connecting to our true selves. It’s NOT about molding our bodies into postures that we’ve seen on Instagram but about adapting postures to the bodies we’ve been given.
That’s what real Yoga
is in real life.

I love to support students through their own journeys on the mat.
I offer a variety of classes, including:
Hatha Yoga, Slow Flow,
Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga and Aerial Yoga,
with a focus on safety, creativity and a sense of humour.
